    :yawn: Good luck to you. I want to know how to change the carb limits in my diet plan. My option at this time is about 3x as many carbs as I am allowed by physician. Anybody?

    Thanks have 8 months to my wedding but need to be dress ready in 3 months! On track am delighted as have lost 6lbs in two weeks:smile:
