New city new start

Hi I moved from Phx. to Vegas and then to Seattle all last year! I will be 35 in a week and i am ready to get this 4 year old baby fat off. (who would have guessed twins could do so much to the body) I have a 70 lb weight lose goal and have no reason i can't get it done! Well except excuses. I stay home with the kids and have a huge yard to get lots of playtime in! i thank all those of you that will be here to support me, I need it! thanks Stephanie

Good Luck Steph!!! You can do it, I know you can! Im a Chicago native now living in Phoenix. The weather here is gorgeous I could never live in Chicago again!


The hardest part is starting out, well it was for me anyways. There are also days I struggle to get going, but once I do I feel so much better.

I am in arizona.. couldnt imagine living in vegas, although seattle, well, i could probably live there~!
