Healthy foods and recipies I found in China!

Hello, I am living in China with my Husband and baby. Since giving birth to her last year, I haven't lost any weight and I am on my way to having my old (new) body back.

Here's some foods that I have founf that are delicious and healthy, and while being here I have had to get used to eating alot of veggies.

1. 1 tortilla wrap with sauted cabbage and eggs. You can do this by cooking alot of cabbage in a pan, with garlic if you like with a very small amount of oil, best to use non stick pan. Then once it is very soft, move it over and scramble some eggs or egg whites. add a little salt and mix together. Pile it into your tortilla, it is great! and veryyyyy healthy and low cal that you can eat two for around 300 cal.
