been off the band wagon.

Guys i went off the band wagon for a while stopped in march had lost 40 pounds and i have gained 8 back. i need some advice on how to get back again and some workouts you can do at home

    All you can do is get yourself surrounded with all the tools to affirm your commitment. Like this website, the app, a calendar at home to record your weight on and write your daily exercise on, and or make a vision board, and go on YOUTUBE where a bazillion at home workouts are available. If you have some 8-10-12-15lb dumbells at home and an exercise ball I would say thats a terrific place to start. But really, your own bodyweight serves as a great tool to exercise with. Good luck
