I just need to know that I"m not alone. What is your current size?
I started out wearing a size 24 when I should have been wearing a 26. I am finally getting down to a comfortable size 22 and hope to be down to size 20 by the end of the year.0 -

It's hard, but can be done. Take one day at a time and remember it's the long haul that works.0 -

24/22 friend me if you like! we are all in this together... I'm currently suffering from the "oh crap...We just booked a last minute vacay and we are flying southwest... I know I physically can fit, but it is tight and I dont' want to make the other passengers uncomfortable sitting next to my pear shaped hips, and I especially don't want the stewardess to tell me to get my fat butt off the plane! Wish me luck! 3 weeks to go!0

I started at size 26/28, and they wre actually a little tight. 8 months later I am now a size 16/18. You can do it. It seems overwhelming, but stay focused. The pounds add up quicker than you realize when you start to lose a couple at a time!0

I started at a 24 and am now wearing a very loose 22. I have one pair of size 20 jeans in my closet that I haven't tried on so I plan to do that this weekend to see if I can wear them now.0

I started at a size 28!!! Now I'm a size 16 but still working on it. I have another 45 pounds to go. It has been long and slow but steady. I hope that doing it slowly will allow me to maintain. Anyhow, don't give up hope. You didn't put the weight on overnight so it isn't going to come off overnight. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!0

I started at 22-24 tops and really should have been in 26 bottoms. Now I'm a lady's large top, sometimes a medium and a lady's size 16 pant. I've lost 15 pounds since I joined MFP 8 months ago and I've lost 50+ pounds since I started my weight loss journey. No easy task for a 73 year old but it is possible.
Take it one day at a time and learn from your wobbles. Good luck on your journey.0 -
Started at a 36 and now in a 26.....
Still have a long way to go!0 -
I started off at a 24/26 and am now a 220

I started at a tight 24, should have been 26 but I didn't want to go up another size. I am currently at a comfortable 22, but I have a pair of size 20's waiting in my closet for me.....hopefully soon
Exactly this for me as well.0
