Damn DOMS

I had a really hard training session Monday and its Wednesday night and I still can't workout.

I really want to go for a run but it hurts and the worst bit is I have training tomorrow.

    It may sound counter intuitive but movement (low intensity) is one of the best "cures" form DOMS. Massage and anti-inflammatories also help (try blueberries - a natural & tasty anti-inflammatory & anti-oxidant)
