Eat / Stop / Eat aka 24hr Intermittent Fasting

Hello All,

Ive recently starting Intermittent fasting, eating from 1200 to 1800 and fasting till 1200 the next day. I work out when fasted also, and so far i'm finding it quite easy and overall i feel better.

Just wondering what peoples experiences have been who have actually done this? I get a lot of discouragement from people who has not tried it.

    i tired it, not my style. Hate finishing a meal then having to wait the 16-24hrs until i can eat again.

    same here, Im always hungry so fasting for me is sleeping!

    I prefer the 16:8 fasting.
    Been doing it since January and love it.

    I love getting to my eating window with a full day of calories still available

    while it is still all about total calories consumed, I enjoy IF

    I could eat 2500 calories and be hungry in the same time as eating 500 calories. So having multiple meals seems to work as a better option for me, however its nice to know that i do not have to eat 6 meals a day to get the optimal results.
