New to website

Hello Everyone,

My name is Lisa and have been using myfitness pal for one week. I highly recommended to my friends. It is a great tool to keep track of your calories on a dialy basis. My goal is to lose a total of 60 pds. I have accomplished so far 6 pds. That is all by watching my calories.

    welcome both. Good luck with your journey and remember it is a journey. You will have stops and starts and slow downs, but keep moving forward toward your goal.
