I found that the BMR when measuring in m and kg is different from the one thats measured in ft and lbs. Can anyone shed light on this? I use a convertion table to rework the figures so it should work out on the same?
The difference in cal intake is almost 200cal. I've decided to settle for the average of this in the mean time,
