6 weeks and 15lb to go! Need motivation!

Hey everyone! I'm getting down to the final weeks of my diet challenge with my family. We started Jan 7th 2012 and set goals. Mine was to lose 60lb in a year. We have 6 weeks left and i have 15lb to go! I have changed my workout up and diet. I upped my calorie intake to 1400 and I'm working out 5 days a week, 2 of those are hour long cardio sessions and the other 3 are half hour cardio and half hour weights. i need to do weights to continue toning and keeping from having extra skin.

Can you guys give me any additional advice or support? thanks!

    Dont just lift, do Strength training!

    some of those weight sessions are strength training. I do crossfit and 30 day shred.

    My trainer has me on 5x 1 hr cardio sessions a week. (When I actually do them!!) I get great results. Lifting is important, very. But she also emphasizes cardio to drop fat immediately for women. Considering she is shredded I believe her. I've lost 27 pounds with her... since August. I have dogged it for the past month. (not getting my workouts in) barf.,.. and yes, I could give a slew of excuses.. but that's just what they are. with that being said, I have a workout to go do!
