I have been eating terribly since the holidays (and tipped the scale up 10 lbs since may of 2008) so I told myself that today was the day I'd get in better shape AND maintain it! My weight loss goal is a small one, but my goals are to....
1. Increase my energy levels
2. feel better about myself
3. be able to comfortably fit into and look good in my former wardrobe
4. stop annoying my boyfriend with the "fat days"/"please don't touch me days"
5. and do the Philly Broad Street Run in April.

I want to get more healthy as a way of life...and not just as a temporary diet. Excited to see how much the fitnesspal helps :) Everything in moderation :: one meal will not ruin you or your progress, it's when it becomes a daily way of life.
