Let me know how you do with the holds... it definitely changes it up a bit!! If too easy, hold for 5... if those are too easy - try 10 second holds!!
Done. Only did 5 because I have to do the other pushup challenge tonight. Interesting though. I'm going to try working the holds into my routine.0 -

Glad you liked them. If you are interested in other variations... you can also drop down quickly - hold for a specific amount of time - then try to explode out of it... Drop and hold say 10 seconds - and then push up as fast as possible0
