Hitting a Plateau???

I feel like I am getting ready to hit my first Plateau. I have lost 33lbs so far and I am needing ideas on how to avoid it!! I have limited time in the evenings, so something that is 30 minutes or less would be great! I am very faithful to doing my strength stuff in the evening (300 crunches, 100 abnominal leg raises, 40 push-ups (yes I have no upper body strength!), and 100 standing calf raises). I have done so well with tracking my foods and making good food choices I am scared to hit that plateau!! Any ideas are welcome!!! Thanks!
