I hardly eat anything during the day because I save my calories fro a good dinner and a glass of wine. Is it bad to eat most of them at once? especially at night?

No it is not. It does not matter when you eat them. (There is SOME benefits from eating everything at once, but they are not major at all)
Simply make sure you are eating enough. Most have trouble managing to eat ALL their daily calories in one sitting.0 -
As long as you feel fine ( you aren't going for long periods of time very hungry, dizzy, tired, or unfocused) then your eating schedule is working fine for you.0
