Need Motavation!!

Hi, My names Pam, right now I weigh 126, I'm trying to get down to 110 becasue I have lost all confidance and want to try to get it back, I figure looking better and healthier is a start, I always try to go on a diet or work out, and the first few days I am really excited about it, after I dont see any results (I know im not waiting long enough to see results) I lose hope and stop.

I really want to stick with this but need help, I have huge hips and my hips, and obliques, what can I do to get dramatic results in those areas!!!! AHHHH going insane, was considering trying the 30 DS, but dont know if I have the agility for it yet, any thoughts? please help!

    We can't target fat loss unfortuantely, it just goes from where it wants!
