Here comes the end of the year and a lot of people will be feeling the holiday pressure to lose it fast. So let's hear it for everyone who lost it slow ~ and kept it off! Whether it was a small dietary change, or by incorporating more activity -- how much did you lose / how long did it take / how long has it been -- and when did you realize it was permanent? Oh and, Way to Go!
