Need help!!! Please!

Apparently by the bmi I'm in the healthy weight range... But... I still got jiggly parts mostly on my bottom half so I think I figured out I'm a pear shaped so all my stubborn parts is my belly butt hips and thighs any suggestions? Or eventually that will go away? I do strength training already.. I think I am a medium size body frame. I am 5'4 22 yr old... But my belly feels like fat no lose skin my strength training is like sit ups, push ups, lunges etc.... I've just started running this week. How to lose the body fat?

I recommend a total body workout that incorporates both cardio and strength training all in one workout. Choose exercises that are also going to target your abs such as pushups, plank ab holds, plank walk ups, etc. You must also concentrate on what you are eating. Even if you are on point with your workouts, if you arent eating the right kind of foods, you may not see the results that you are looking for.
