    According to the MFP database, 1 cup of duck meat has 0 carbs (16g fat and 33g protein).

    Actually, the weight loss there would be water weight, not fat loss. But I *have* read that book, and it *does* have some great recipes in it. It totally opened my eyes regarding carbs. Prior to reading it, I believed the myth that carbs caused fat storage.
