Vitamin D

I found out that my Vitamin D levels are low so of course the first thing I did was hit up Google. I thought this was very interesting, especially the "Visitor Opinion" section.

Interesting. I'm taking the "visitor opinions" with a grain of salt.

However, I do know that low vitamin D levels are often associated with depression, which probably has some effect on weight loss as well.

  • I also just found out my Vitamin D levels were dramatically low. My doctor recommended Vitamin D3 5000 i.u a day. I was able to catch a buy one get one free sale when I bought it.
