Daily Meals?

Do you plan you daily meals in advance or do you just make smart choices throughout the day? I've started to plan my meals weekly, but was curious if this has helped or hindered people in the long run? So far it's working pretty good!

    I just make smart choices. I typically log my meal as I eat it or shortly after.

    From there, I look at what I ate and determine what I should eat next based on my macros.

    a little bit of both actually, I try to shop the least amount of times and make sure I have something for breakfast and lunch in the frig thats easy to take to work. Dinner tends to be a pull together whats around or what was on sale at the market.. And yes, by the time dinner comes around, its based on what I consumed during the day. too many carbs already? then more protein and maybe fake noodles (shiratake) with dinner. Less carbs during the day mean I can have real pasta, or bread or such!
