What does your day look like?

I would love to see some sample meal plans that MFP members follow. I feel like I get hungry a lot during the day so I would like to see what your day looks like foodwise. Thanks!

    My diary is open and you are welcome to take a look, but I eat most of my calories at night so it's probably not going to be very helpful if you want to eat more during the day.

    You're welcome to take a look at my diary as well, but I tend to eat more at my evening meal and less during the day. During the workweek I generally have oatmeal with frozen blueberries for breakfast, and a big salad for lunch along with an apple or banana and a cup of yogurt as snacks, then something homemade for dinner. I used to eat smaller snacks throughout the day but I found that made me hungrier rather than having one larger meal at dinner. Just find what works for you.

    My diary is open as well if you care to look. I cook a lot of meals, so some of them wont make much sense, but it shows you can have a lot of food for little caloric impact

    my diary is open to friends. if you feel like adding a new person to your friends list, I eat lots during all times of the day LOL
