Hiya!
Lost 30 pounds about 6 months ago and then traveled for 6 months! My weight fluctuated a little during my trip but I came back and I'm 3 pounds heavier than when I left! I'm getting back on track with healthy eating (right in time for the holidays, drat) and exercise (yoga and walking) but I'm wondering if anyone can recommend anything to kick up my weight loss?
Really would like to spend Christmas in Onederland...
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure maintaining your weight while traveling is a pretty solid success, not a plateau. It's so hard to eat healthy when things are out of your control!
No real advice, just do what you did before, I guess? Make sure you're netting calories between your BMR and TDEE, and do some strength training. Good luck!0
