I'd pay off all my bills and head to the islands of the Maldives and figure it out!

    There are lots of lotteries. It depends on how much. If I just won a couple million, after taxes, I'd have about half of that, so while it is a lot, it's kind of not. I couldn't retire or anything. probably just buy a modest house, and that's it. Cash money.

    If the amount was sizeable enough, my wife and I would retire, pay off all of our bills, and I would visit and run a marathon in every state in the union. LOL!

    I would pay off my bills my parents bill my brothers bills buy a house for each of us on my personal property get a bunch of toys. Donate quite a bit of it to a couple charities. Build a complex for needy people who have lost everything in this hard time. Build another complex for veterans. Make sure all the kids in my area have toys to play with the list could go on and on honestly.
