Great topic...I've always been the skinny guy at 6'5 so I definitely know what your talking about. The DISCIPLINE and EFFORT it takes to gain that weight is extrememly high!. I was around 170 at one point...just cut but way to skinny. Im here to tell you that I've been at 205! Went from 184 to 205 in FOUR months. First thing is first...send me your stats as in your height weight and goals!. What do you do in the gym right now???0

I'm tracking my carbs and protein on here. I'm eating a lot of pasta, honey buns, chicken, nuts, in addition to my normal diet of lots of veggies, tofu, and potatoes (I'm normally vegetarian).
I don't belong to a gym I don't have the extra income to support that, but I am saving up for weights. But currently I'm doing 3 sets of 15-20 of 3-5 exercises each for the abs and legs, and arms and shoulders everyday. Mostly push ups, squats, and situp type things and lifting my weight.
Also, currently I'm 130, 6', and I'm trying to get to 145 by New Years.0
