Just survived my first session....

with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It nearly killed my knees! There were all sorts of revolting scrunchy and crunchy noises coming from them and the jumping jacks nearly finished me off.

Please tell me it gets easier as I get fitter?

I have a PT session at the gym in the morning and 2 hours of wheelchair basketball in the evening so won't be doing it tomorrow. Hope to do it at least 3 days a week combined with the above and fit in around work though.

I know it's supposed to be done in 30 days but is it ok if it takes me longer? I'm currently at 234 from a 255 start and am trying to get down to 170 for the moment. I'll settle for getting down to 210 as my first goal.
