I have lost 19 pounds so far, and need to lose another 30-40. Anyone else in the same boat? We could also IM on yahoomessenger to keep each other motivated!

I started last year at 262 in Jan. and was able to get to 196 in around Aug.....but have gained back alot of weight within the last 3-4 months...but I going to give it my best again.... currenntly at 230 my goal weight is to reach 150 by the end of the year.So that is 80 pounds. How did you first lose your weight? Are you counting calories?

I just started watching what I was eating, no more white bread, changed to splenda in my coffee instead of sugar, eating more veggies, and replaced most things to reduced fat or no fat i.e. cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese. Making sure I eat things higher in fiber. I have to say though that I haven't lost any in 3 weeks and am getting a little discouraged. I will not lose hope though, just have to work harder. Today I didn't get my workout in and I hate it! I'll do double tomorrow!0
