Just checking as people seem to have pretty strong feelings on these issues...

    I find this quote applicable:
"If you had to choose between wearing no shoes or running shoes to lift in which would you pick?"

Rip's response: "That is like asking me to choose between stabbing myself in the eye with a fork or burning the roof of my mouth with extremely hot pizza. Can't we just avoid both?"

I, for one, have a vested interest in both your exercise choice and accessories.

yes. and dont feel bad. no one should be that focused on what kind of fabrics you are wearing on what part of your body unless you show up in a lavendar tutu and fairy wings and dont have a story to go with it. Cool?

Hmm, maybe I should do a cleanse before I go to the gym for my spot reduction workout!

I saw sport whatever you wish...Including Yoovie's Lavender tutu....but put polka dot tights under them. It will look way more classy that way.

If it is more comfortable to wear the gloves, why wouldn't you wear them... Cardio or not?

I wear gloves when I lift and love cardio. I do what I want lol. Breaking all the "rules"!
