Slipping Up

Hey everyone. So I have really started slipping back into my old habits again. I struggle with anorexia and had finally gotten to my goal weight of 120 lbs. I am 5'6 and to me I started seeing myself as overweight again when I look into the mirror and feel overweight in my body. I am scared of falling off the bandwagon again and having to go back to intensive treatment programs. I am truly scared. All I wanted to do was to tone up and get in shape, and now I'm starting to minimize my caloric intake and exercise more. Please help. Anyone have any ideas? I just don't want to gain anymore fat. I want to lose fat but gain muscle. Suggestions?

Based off of this post and your avatar name, I would advise you to get help immediately.

    Talk to a counselor.

Eating disorders are difficult to beat without help. Please see a therapist. You don't look like you have fat to lose, and being on a calorie counting website seems to be triggering your disordered behaviour.

If you want to be healthy, you have to start with your mind, honey. Good luck. You can do this, but please remember that there is no shame in asking for help.
