Rest Days or No?

How often do you guys rest in betweem workout days? Trying to shake up my normal regimen. Normally I workout Monday through Friday, definitely rest on Sunday and sometimes SAturday (it depends what I have going on)... I've hit the gym pretty hard the last three days, should I rest tomorrow or hit it again?

  • I ONLY HAVE ONE REST DAY AND THATS BECAUSE THE GYM IS CLOSED... ON SUNDAYS! SATUSDAYS I LIKE TO WORKOUT BECAUSE IS WHEN I GO OUT... SO MY OUTFITS LOOK BETTER... AND PLUS DRINKS HAVE CALORIES TOO SO IF I WANNA DRINK SATURDAY NIGHT I LIKE TO WORKOUT SATURDAY MORNING... PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD ME

    I have 2-3 rest days a week, although I don't plan them in advance. By "rest" day, I mean simply a day of lower activity. Nothing high impact or high intensity. Not just your muscles, but your joints and CNS need a chance to rest too. You can seriously screw **** up in your body if you don't give it proper rest.

    I rest when my body tells me to. I don't plan them.
