Taking off

Well...I was looking at my journal, since last Monday (Including Thanksgiving), I've done cardio every day including today. I've also stuck to my calories, and have done my weight training. I talked to a friend of mine today who is a bodybuilder, he looked at my exercise regimen, and nutrition, and his question was "Pops....you've been working out everyday since last Monday? Everyday?"
I told him...."yea". He shook his head at me, and said, "You're taking tomorrow off". YAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!

He laughed so hard at me, I'm on a 3 day one off plan for cardio and weight training. The only thing Micheal did advise me....STICK with my diet and continue with the water.

Man....all this water.....I'm sure peeing a lot!

    Good job. I was glad to read this because I typically do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day, but I was really tired tonight and was feeling guilty that I said "to heck with it to it, I'll worry about it tomorrow". Sounds like I don't need to worry about it. I'm with you - YAAAAAYYY!
