A little bit about me:
I'm 21 yrs old, been married for 2.5 yrs. When I got married I weighed 180 lbs, and slowly over the yrs got down to 166 lbs. I'm hoping that the Jillian Michaels routine I started will get me over the plateau I've been struggling with the past 6 months along with the daily tracking, and logging in. I'm just looking for positive reinforcement and encouragement, and I'll do the same for you. My problem is I like cooking food, and I like eating my creations and when they taste delicious (which is 9 times out of 10) I tend to eat excess. My husband supports my goal but he is also my downfall, especially when it comes to his cravings of fast food (I don't crave it until its in front of my face and the smell takes over my nose making me salivate like a darn dog.lol). Or he brings home junk food from work. I'm an out of site out of mind type person.
As for supplements I take a pre-workout pill, I'm trying Roxy Lean for now. It seems to do the trick and doesn't make me sick as long as I drink enough water. Then one scoop of whey protein with water after workouts or blend it in a shake.
If you have any suggestions I'm open to all or want to be friends just hit me up in the message box.
---Thanks, Jessica
