HELP help help

I used to go to Curves gym 5 days a week and lost 7 inches in a month. then i took a chest infection, hurt my ribs now i have hurt my neck. I am a support worker so get injuries. i have not been to Curves in a week and have no motivation. i have gained a stone since January and went up almost 2 dress sizes.

I need some motivation to get back to gym and to stop eating junk. Savory stuff is my down fall.

    you can do this!!! if you are the shopper of the house--don't bring the stuff into the house!! involve your son in your fitness?? walks/bike rides? if you did it before you can do it again!! life is a marathon--not a sprint!! slow and steady!

    Thank you. My son is into weights at the moment once he is 14 i will go with him the the local gym while so I can make sure he does not over do it.

    I am going to set myself walking goals i think.

    What about swimming? It's great exercise and it takes all the weight off your muscles so it might help you. If I ever feel like I don't want to work out or I want to give up, I try and keep in mind the reasons why I started. It usually puts me back in check. That, plus looking at the bikini sitting in my closet hahahaha
