does my diet look healthy? any changes i should make???

I'm trying to lose 25 pounds, I currently weigh 147 at 5'3, so I want to know if my plan will work. ide wake up and do insanity. for breakfast ide have a fruit smoothie, or mixed fruit and something else (haven't decided what yet). then some days I'll walk to school. I'll have softball practice before lunch and lunch will be either a sandwich thin or whole wheat bread with tofurky, and fruit. snacks will be cliff or Luna bars. and dinner will be a mix of black beans and brown rice, a salad, or a can or vegetable progress soup, I'm a vegetarian by the way. so any changes I should make???

    It's kinda hard to tell with your diary being set to private.

    From what you wrote it sounds like you eat a lot of carbs (fruit, bread, rice, granola bars) and not enough protein.
    I suggest you add some protein-rich foods: tofu, edamame, milk, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, cheese, eggs, maybe tuna if you eat fish.
  • Are you vegan? It sounds like we have similar diets. Check out 22days bar website- they have a challenge that you can sign up for free that includes a really good vegetarian or vegan meal plan
