Urban Rebounder/Trampoline

I was hit by a car last year and still have some back pain... I started trying to jump on my Urban Rebounder in the garage for 1hr or even just 15 minutes per day and was having shooting pain in my upper back. I think the muscles were just sore between my shoulder blades, but I love the way jumping on the trampoline makes me feel. I turn on Pandora or my radio and never had this problem before the accident.
Does anyone else have this problem? Did it go away? I love that it does not hurt my knees and really works my abs, but I do not want to be damaging my back more.
