That last bit of fat

Hey! I need some help as to how I can get EXTREMELY LEAN! I am currently 19 years old, roughly 180 lbs @ 5'10 and probably around 10% body fat. I know the traditional cutting diet for fat loss would be to reduce your calories by about 300-500 below maintenance.... however I've tried this but it seems I can't lose that last bit of fat around my lower back and lower ab area. I kept my diet clean while I did this eg. (brown rice, chicken, veggies) I aIso weighed my food, however it didn't seem to work. Is there a different approach that I should be taking? I'm already lean, but I really want that super shredded look!
