Guessing calories burnt?

How do you guess how much calories you've burned off while exercising? I've found the exercises listed quite limited - for example, I frequently take my kids for a walk in double pram which would weigh 25kg+ with both kids and all the stuff I carry too...surely that's way more intense than just walking alone cos it's hard work even just pushing them around town in it...

    just google it you should be able to find a decent estimate

    I would also recommend getting a heart rate monitor - that would be the most accurate way to track :-)

    Thanks for the suggestions - and duh, I use google for everything else, can't believe I didn't think of that!
