Calories in Cazuelon Dinner?

I just had mexican out and ordered a Cazuelon dinner. Does anyone have any idea what the calories are for this? It's a pretty popular Mexican restaurant dish(well, maybe Mexican American), but MFP and Google don't seem to have a calorie estimate.

Here's a picture of it, if that helps: http://www.elsaltorestaurant.com/images/menu/lunch_and_dinner_specials/el_cazuelon.png

Thanks!

Sam

Your best bet is to find out what the ingredients are in it and estimate the amounts.

    I agree with this.

I'm sure the database has info for each part individually... spanish rice, refried beans, carne asada, pollo asada, chorizo (I think), and pico de gallo. Looks like about a cup each of rice and beans and maybe 3-5 ounces of each meat.

This is how we make it at our house, authentically

    3 oz. Flank Steak, grilled
3 oz. Chicken Breast, grilled, skin and bone removed
    3 oz. Pork Chorizo Sausage
    3. oz white rice, long grain, fried
    1 oz tomato sauce
3 oz refried beans, with lard
    1 oz Cotija cheese
    1 slice tomato
    1 sprig cilantro
    .5 oz onion
    Lime

To clarify, I'm from actual mexico, mexican-american variation could be different.
