Intro to my journey

Hi all,
I've always been a big girl, at least in my eyes. My highest was 189, I would hate to get to 190. So I've been on this site as a way to track my eating habits when i got sick. Now that I'm better I'm more determined to get my weight down permanently.
Earlier this year I encounter problems with Kidney stones and Gallstones, I never want to be in that pain again.
So eating smaller fat-free portions and drinking more water has been my only salvation from the pain, surgery was not an option!
I would like to find other like minded people who are eager to help me stay accountable to this journey.
