25 years old, actually trying to gain some weight

Hi all, my name is Abraham and I am 25 years old. I found this site and I joined mainly because it looks like a great and easy way to keep track of my exercise and also what I eat.
I'm not in bad shape because I exercise regularly since I was a little kid but recently I suffered from a pretty nasty third degree sprain in my left ankle, which combined with a few prior months of inactivity resulted in me losing quite some weight so I'm actually gonna be trying to gain some weight (as soon as my ankle fully recovers, in about three weeks or so, according to the doctor); if anyone here has some insight or pointers for me I would very much appreciate it.
Oh and one last thing: I messed up when I signed up so my profile shows I'm a 35 year old who is trying to lose weight instead of my actual info and goal; does anybody know how I can fix that (I've been trying but I haven't had any luck so far)?
Thanks in advance!

Welcome! There are a bunch of people on here (including myself) who are trying to gain weight. Eating as much as I can at meals, snacking a lot in between and especially before bed has worked for me. Protein shakes are an easy way to get lots of calories and protein to boot.

Interesting. So inactivity caused you to lose weight?0
