Bad shoulder

Hi everyone. I was wondering if someone could recommend exercises I can do at home with a messed up shoulder?

    Squats, lunges, stationary bike, walking, some yoga. It depends what is wrong with your shoulder. I have a torn ligament and I found that by strengthening the muscles in my shoulder it really helped alleviate a lot of the pain over time.
