    COOL!! First challenge for me on this site! I needed something like this to get and keep me motivated. I'm totally in!! Thanksgiving DID me IN and I need a new start so I don't slide further away from my goals before the new year. Holidays are TOUGH but being able to blog with others will help.

    *Workout Routine - AT LEAST 30 minutes a day*
    Mon - 30 DS, 3 miles, ABS
    Tues - 30 DS, 1 mile, Weight-Lifting
    Wed - 30 DS, 3 miles, ABS
    Thurs - 30 DS, 1 mile, Weight-Lifting
    Fri - 30 DS, 3 miles, ABS
    :heart: Sat - 30 DS/Rest Day ***Weigh-In!***
    Sun - 30 DS, 1 mile, ABS
