Chocolate Milk vs Milk + Chocolate

So I drink a combination of soy milk + ovaltine post workout since the stuff is already in the house. Is there any added benefit to drinking pre-made chocolate soy milk over soy milk and ovaltine?

And yes, I understand the best route would likely be to get some sort of protein supplement or recovery drink, but the family budget can't support such a thing.

    No benefit to buying pre-made except the convenience and that it is one thing less to log ;).

    If cost is an issue, make your own. As long as it fits into your calorie allowance for the day, then enjoy!
