Hi everyone. I am loving this website already and just wanted to put myself out there for all to see...
I started my weight loss in November '09 at 218lbs. After 4wks, I weighed in at 203, for a loss of 15lbs!!! I haven't been on the scale since and don't plan on it until I go back to my doctor in March. The idea of checking my weight everyday scares me, I do not want to become obsessed with no progress. I can tell that I am losing because my pants are baggy and saggy and my belt is notched to the limit to keep them up! I haven't been shopping since my weight loss, but can't wait to see what size I'm in compared to my starting size of 16.
You all are an inspiration and hopefully we can fight this battle together...
