Hello! I'm 30 and have yet to find an exercise pattern that truly works for me. I do really well when I am out and about with people. Since Colorado is such a great state for getting outside, is there anyone near S. Denver/Castle Rock who would like to workout through hikes, classes, etc.? I've thought about joining Meetup groups; however, many hikes are lengthy-strenuous. I'm not quite there yet (physically or mentally). :)
