2 Months of EM2WL

In October, after dieting for 9 months and being stuck in a plateau + always hungry and binging on weekends, I found the Eat More 2 Weigh Less group and some other other helpful info on the boards about TDEE, BMR, strength training, etc.
I immediately ditched the 1200 calorie diet, quit doing my exercise plan of 30DS + Zumba/Cardio 7 days a week, and instead started eating 1800+ calories daily, paying attention to macros, only doing cardio a few times a week, and incorporating strength.
The scale has gown down, very slowly... but I have noticed my clothes fit better, people ask if I've lost weight, and my stomach especially looks leaner. I've not been very good about taking measurements, but I did take a before picture... and after looking at it a few times, I was feeling like there wasn't much of a change. But, I decided to take another picture just to compare, and i was actually quite pleasantly surprised:
I'm surprised at what has happened to my waist, especially. I didn't expect that!
The bigger thing for me has been my new outlook on food and exercising. I feel like I've never had a healthier relationship with my diet and my fitness goals in my entire life. I love it! So happy, and looking forward to more changes

I agree..very nice results. I am doing the same and have been for a couple of months. I still struggle with binging myself from time to time, but still noticing my clothes have fit me a lot better. I am eating at 1900 calories so far.0
