Weighing Scale Phobia

Hi all! I've recently noticed that I have some sort of weighing scale phobia... I'm not even sure whether such a thing exists :S Whenever I get on a weighing scale, it feels as if I am about to get a test paper back. I get this rush of adrenaline, which is really weird. The thought of having to step onto the scale every morning scares me. I have to check to make sure that no one is around. There is no way I can get onto a weighing scale with anyone nearby. If I gain weight, I will get moody for the entire day. If I lose weight, I will be super duper happy for the rest of the day. I have tried only weighing myself once a week. However, if I do gain weight I will end up feeling depressed for a whole week. Wondering if anyone else has problems with the scale?
