Back on the wagon...

Hi all!

So, I have a confession - I completely and totally fell off the wagon folks!
But here's the beautiful part! I'm getting back on!
Christmas, New Years, my big 35 birthday, winter blahs... they are all just excuses!
And excuses run out!
So, today is the day! Countdown to bikini wearing, 1/2 marathon running, and healthy living!

Thank you for you're support - I'm sure I'm going to need it!

    That's a wonderful goal. Good luck to you. Also know that if you fall off the wagon, don't let it become a month long thing. Go ahead and have your cheat every now and then. It will keep you from falling off permanently. The best thing my friend did was start a weight loss group right before Thanksgiving. We were allowed 1 day a week to cheat so Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years were ok as long as we went right back to it the next day. Many of us even lost over the holidays rather than gaining like we usually do.
