carb cycling? 5:2 fasting?

hi guys!

anyone doing either of these? opinions on carb cycling? pros cons? also some opinions on 5:2 fasting- basically 2 days a week fasting (500 cals a day) and other 5 eat normally- anyone doing it or done it? pros cons? dont think it will suit me being so sporty i dont think i could live off 500 cals even if it is only 2 days of the week! love my food too much! lol!!
