Thanks to all of you for takng the time to read & respond.
I am taking away two things:
1. It's normal, relax
2. Resist the urge to weigh in 2 days in a roll. Just because you had a great weigh in yesterday, doesn't mean you aren't retaining water, etc today.
You all have been great. I think I knew the answer already, but I had a moment where I thought - OMG.0 -
I weighed this morning when I got out of bed, as I always do. Since then I've eaten a light breakfast, drank two cups of coffee and a cup of water. After reading this thread, I went and weighed again. My weight went up 1.6 pounds. On my initial weigh-in this morning, I was almost a pound up from yesterday's weigh-in, but two pounds down from the day before. Fluctuations are totally normal. They can result from many things - difference in hydration levels, water retention from electrolyte levels, whether your bowels are more full today than they were yesterday, hormonal issues, etc.0
