my belly should be concave

Hello! I'm new to MFP but already very impressed with the community. I draw inspiration from reading others' success stories, and hope to find the drive to reach my own milestones with the help of others who have embarked on a similar journey.

Firming up, losing weight, losing inches - I want these to be pleasant side effects of a positive lifestyle change. I want healthy eating and physical activity to be a comfortable part of my everyday routine, not an awkward, regular struggle that takes time away from other pursuits. Like writing pseudo-haikus! Or creating elaborate Tupperware traps for catching creepy crawlies in the house, in order to release them back into the wilds. Y'know. The important things in life.
